E-Auto company, the official representative of Hongqi brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and
experienced Import and logistics specialist to join our logistics team. The successful candidate
will manage the import processes for our electric vehicles and related components, ensuring
compliance with all regulations and efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
●Coordinate and oversee the importation of electric vehicle parts and components.
●Prepare and review all customs documentation and compliance requirements.
●Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure timely
shipments.
●Monitor import procedures to optimize costs and lead times.
●Maintain accurate records of import activities and reporting.
●Stay updated on international trade regulations and policies affecting vehicle imports.
●Troubleshoot and resolve import-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Education:
●Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or
related field
●Strong knowledge of import laws, customs procedures, and international trade
compliance.
●Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience:
●1+ year experience as import specialist or in a similar role (the automotive or electric
vehicle industry preferred).
Skills:
●Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, customs officials,
and logistics providers
●Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
●Problem-Solving: ability to handle unexpected challenges and resolve issues quickly,
keeping the team on track.
●Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
